
Carmelized Pears

Ingredients:
Peeled pears
Safflower oil
Brown sugar
Instructions:
Cut peeled pears into wedges.
Heat frying pan (or grill pan) with a light layer of Safflower Oil to a medium or medium high heat, and add pears.
Fry pears until brown, then rotate and cover with small amount of brown sugar. Cook until sugar melts, and pears are browned, sticky, and soft.
Cooking time depends on heat, pan, and preferred softness.
